Swimming

So –

heres the update:

I swim  now.

This week I swam 4x for 30 minutes.

I didn’t drownd. Although the last 2 laps are a little touch and go. I’m tired – so I don’t pull as hard, hwich means I don’t get as high out of the water. Which means I dont get a clean breath, which involves some choking.

So – I swim 1000 yards in 30 minutes, which is about 1/2 a mile.

JEEEEEEEESH. Slow – but whatever. I do 30 minutes, no stopping. I do take a “break” and kick for 2 laps, 2 times – sometimes with fins on. If I wear the fins it means I’m also going to do the crawl for 2 laps. I hate the crawl.

My primary stroke is the breast stroke. It works.

So thats the info.

no soda, yes to salad, water sucks, but I’m in the water.

Oh, and it feelsl ike my arms are going to fall off.

    way to go! Although I didn’t make any official new year’s resolutions. My goal this week, is to MAKE a REAL lunch and take it to work (no pre-packaged anything)
