Not Much

So – today my craft was “painted hands turkey’s”… and boy was it a mess, I’m hoping for the parents of S and B that tempera paint washes out. The blue that was covering B was… “washable” according to the bottle… hee hee…

I would have taken photos but frankly, I feared for the safety of my camera.

Lots of stuff going on, not really blogable –

But I will share what I made (am making) for dinner tonight.

Cauliflower Soup

1 Large Head of Cauliflower

1 Med Sweet Onion

Some garlic

1 box of chicken stock

1 cupish of milk

So – basically you cut the cauliflower into chunks, dump that with the sliced up onion and garlic in to a pot and let it cook for a few minutes. Add the box of stock, and enough water so that its just covered. Let it cook until the cauliflower is really soft. Blend it all up using a stick blender, real blender or whatever until it looks like a creamy soup – there shouldnt be chunks. Add a cup or so of milk to give it that super creamy look, with out the super creamy reality.

Serve it hot with rolls… (Thanks Pillsbury frozen individual, put in the overn for 9 minute rolls).

I’m also baking chicken…

Have a great week.

Just FYI…when using tempura paint that is not labeled as washable, mix a little liquid dish soap into it before you set it out to paint. It will come right out of whatever it gets on 🙂
